Returns/Exchanges

Any regular-priced items (including coupon purchases) will be accepted for exchange for up to 30 days from the time the order is sent. A credit will be given on the account for the original amount the item was purchased for. The jewelry must be unworn and not damaged to be eligible for an exchange. Shipping for exchange will not be paid for. Sale items are “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once the item(s) are received a refund for in-store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days for all jewelry that has no signs of wear and tear. If the item condition is in any way damaged, it cannot be returned and will be marked “return to sender”. 

Minerva is not responsible for any lost packages, we highly recommend keeping your tracking number until your order has been received or returned.
